Milwaukee Moves is as easy as it is healthy and fun. All you need to do to get started is put on your walking shoes and get moving. Tour the city. Take a stroll at lunch. It’s that easy. But we can also help you track your steps and check out some of Milwaukee’s great restaurants, landmarks, farmers’ markets and more.

Take your first walk to the Downtown YMCA located on the fourth floor of the Grand Avenue mall. Tell them you are part of Milwaukee Moves and you’ll get a free pedometer to track your steps. Each day, try for 20, 50, 100 more steps. And it all starts with your first step.
